[Three-hour project, looking for members] Sorry for the short notice — if the date happens to suit you, do come and fill a gap in your day! I'll take lead, so I'm after two on chorus, a bass and a percussionist. The chart has no percussion part, but last time we did it we had them come in around bar 28. 2026.03 Event Performed

A project band for Maihama Acappella Street Whichever of 9 or 10 May you are free

"Right — nothing to lose, so I'm putting this together!" If enough people join in time we'll enter; if not, or if we don't make the draw, we'll just do it once for fun. The plan is one or two rehearsals on weekends in March and April, plus a run-through on the day. I'll prepare the charts to suit whoever turns up. The window is short, so please don't hold back, whether this is your first project or your fifth.

A change to who we are looking for Decided by a poll within the group

Changed from "at least two years in a student or adult a cappella circle" to "at least two years in a student a cappella circle (past or present)". When applicants came from adult circles it was often impossible to tell how much singing they had actually done, which made the decision difficult. At the same time we restarted OMIYAcappella’s Day, which sets a theme for the projects people put forward.
